Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided we have not yet contacted you to arrange delivery.

Please include your full name, address, and date of purchase.

Delivery Dates
All delivery dates given or chosen when placing your order are not binding and do not form any part of a contract between us.

We will endeavour always to meet your requested delivery dates, but due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control, we will not be liable to the customer for any costs or compensation due to a missed delivery date. All orders are placed on the acceptance of these terms.

Delivery Times and options
Our delivery times are between the hours of 9am and 5pm on the day of your delivery.

Return Eligibility

• You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return them.
• All returns must be in good condition and in original packaging where appropriate (unless faulty).
• Do not dispose of or destroy any goods (even if faulty) before discussing the matter with us.
• The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• A 20% handling and restocking charge may apply to all non-faulty returned goods to cover the logistics of reintegrating the product into our stock.

Matters out of Our Control
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, likes acts of God.  We will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Foreign Objects
Whereas unlikely, it is not beyond the realms of possibility that foreign matter such as metal, glass, and plastic could be found in mulches, wood chip, bark or compost so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of such materials. We recommend raking over the product once laid to check.  As with all gardening duties, we recommend wearing gloves when laying mulch or any other product that we supply.

Safety
All Our wood chip, Bark and mulch products are sold as either decorative landscaping products or for mulching and to suppress weeds.  None of our products are sold with any kind of fall protection certification as they are sold for decorative landscaping and mulching.  All our wood based products including bark should be seen as flammable and no suggestion if offered by us to suggest that these products won’t burn.  Customers are advised to take care with how and where wood based products are placed.

Product Disclaimer – Natural Timber Characteristics
No warranty is either given or implied on any timber product (including woodchip and bark), each piece of timber will differ as it is a natural product and will react differently depending on usage conditions. Our sleepers are fresh sawn timber and as such, are subject to natural changes as they adjust to new environments. These include but are not limited to:

• Fading of colour to a silvery grey over time.
• Cracking and splitting as the wood dries.
• Movement, such as bending or twisting, due to moisture changes.
• Surface checking and decay over time, particularly for timber used outdoors.
  Timber degradation or rot.
• Size variations, generally within a few millimetres, but up to 10mm in some cases. All sizes listed on our website are approximate.
• These features are inherent characteristics of natural, untreated or treated timber and do not constitute a defect.

We do not offer any guarantee or warranty regarding the lifespan, appearance, or structural behaviour of the timber once delivered.  Therefore, we accept no liability for claims related to:

• Discolouration,.cracks, splits, or warping.
• Natural movement or shrinkage.
  Timber degradation or rot.
• Variations in size.
• By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the natural behaviour of timber products and waive any right to claim against such changes.
